Training and Development

The majority of training courses with Kudos Hospitality are managed in house.

Each subject matter is trained by an expert within their own field who heads up on of the Crown Group support functions.

Each delegate is presented with a recognised certificate at the end of the course with outstanding successes being posted within Grapevine, our very own in house journal.

As a Group we have recently developed our own internal training platform, Crown Academy.

This consists of a collection of modular training courses designed to encourage succession planning and develop the skills of our existing workforce.

In doing so we are nurturing the talents of tomorrow's chefs and managers whilst reducing our staff turnover.
