Larry's Story - Larry Serra, Executive Chef
Larry was an under-utilised member of the transferring staff from Tottenham Hotspur Football Club when we won the contract in 2001 from Letherby & Christopher. Larry's value to the client was not recognised and his cooking skills were hidden from view. As a result of careful nurturing Larry has grown into one of London's premier chefs and a valued member of the Society of World Master Chefs (an accolade afforded to only a few worldwide).Larry's role as Executive Chef has seen his remit grow to product sourcing, craft training & development and champion of sustainable British produce. Larry is actively involved in menu creation for new business as well as continued product development via his Chef's Forum.
