Our operational behaviour is entirely customer-focussed, from menu creation and development, to retail merchandising and marketing; we meet and often exceed our customers expectations. This proactive approach ensures that we constantly strive to enhance our services, using bespoke client Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators as barometers of our success.

We currently operate in a number of core markets, namely:

Exhibitions, Conference & Banqueting Venues - We manage an impressive portfolio of venues, including Harrogate International Centre, Manchester Central (formerly G-Mex) and Church House Conference Centre in Westminster. We offer a bespoke service, focusing on the demographics of our client base matched against the type of event and the facilities of our venues to provide the optimum catering solution.

Retail & Arts Venues - The development of a range of retail catering solutions has presented us with opportunities to grow our business in this sector; with Pinewood Studios, Cambridge Corn Exchange and the Brighton Centre testament to our success. We are able to offer flexibility of services and product offer to satisfy the diverse range of customer demands. This enables us to easily manage the speed of service required for significant customer demand at peak times, whilst providing innovative solutions, such as e-ordering, to create labour efficiencies.

Stadia - We provide corporate hospitality in this sector to both Tottenham Hotspur FC and Birmingham City FC. We have the flexibility to provide food and service for up to 3,000 guests on any given match-day, whilst mobilising over 400 staff to facilitate this need. We have twice recently been awarded Best Football League Hospitality Provider at Tottenham Hotspur, an accolade which encompasses all English football league clubs.

Livery Halls - Our long term relationship with the traditional City of London Livery Halls market has seen us develop our business across five different, yet unique, venues. These include the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths, Barber Surgeons Hall, Insurance Hall, Painters & Stainers Hall and Tallow Chandlers Hall. We provide a range of formal and traditional catering services including dinners, banquets and fund-raising receptions.
